**Work Schedule**:
**Monday to Friday**: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**2nd & 4th Saturday**: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage general office administration.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when required.
- Monitor and ensure office security and compliance with safety procedures.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or certification in Office Management is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (required)
