What will you do?
**1. Event Planning and Execution**: Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar that includes a mix of online and offline activities. Coordinate logistics for both virtual and physical events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for participants. Collaborate with various teams to align events with company objectives and community interests. 2. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community members to understand their interests and preferences. Actively participate in community forums and discussions to gauge feedback and suggestions for future events. Utilize social media and other channels to promote events and engage with the community. 3. Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and utilize various channels to reach target audiences. 4. Online Event Management: Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, troubleshooting, and participant support. Ensure a seamless online experience for attendees and speakers. 5. Offline Event Management: Coordinate venue selection, catering, and logistics for physical events. Work with vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and support for successful offline events.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, both online and offline.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and event marketing strategies.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual event platforms and basic knowledge of
audio-visual equipment for offline events.
