**Job Summary**: As a Field Sales Representative, you will lead and manage a dynamic sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, mentoring team members, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and exceed sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure a high level of expertise and professionalism.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
