**Job Designation**: Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Mapping: Build a database of potential schools through online research and field visits; identify and shortlist schools based on our outreach strategy.

**Demonstrations**: Organize presentations and enroll schools according to our expansion goals and targets.

**Onboarding**: Integrate new schools, facilitating cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with trainers).

**Target Achievement**: Meet sales targets within your assigned territory.

Relationship Management: Maintain and foster relationships with schools.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution(MBA even via distance education is a plus).

2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in education industry.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language(s) relevant to your location.

Comfortable with remote and flexible working arrangements.

Familiarity with the geography of your assigned area.

Willingness to travel extensively, including using local transportation.

Must own a two-wheeler.
