**Job duties**:
**Automation & CI/CD**: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.

**Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Develop and maintain IaC scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.

**Cloud Management**: Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

**Monitoring & Logging**: Set up and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk to ensure system reliability and performance.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary infrastructure and tools to support their workflows.

**Security & Compliance**: Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards across all environments.

**Incident Management**: Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.

**Documentation**: Contribute actively to guidelines and best practices, fostering continuous improvement within the team.

**Requirements**:
**Personality**:
Strong communication skills, because we appreciate a good joke, but we also need you to explain why you chose Comic Sans.

We would like you to be able to work independently, with mínimal supervision. We expect you to be Atma-nirbhar.

**Technical**:
**Tools & Technologies**: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

**Scripting & Programming**: scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages. Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet or Chef is a plus.

**Monitoring & Logging**: Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).

**Version Control**: Strong understanding of Git and version control practices.

**Problem-Solving**: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

**Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Development Process Knowledge**: Knowledge of MERN stack or LAMP stack is an added bonus.

**Certifications (Optional)**: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar are a plus.

**Others**:
Education - Any Computer Science or related degree.

Experience - 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
