**Process & Review**
- To generate lead and share with backend team.
- To take follow ups on enquiries related to lead generation process from various sources.
- To work on data collection and data presentation.
- To prepare quotation and finalize them.
- To review the quotations sent to customers.
- To play a vital role in helping and monitoring negotiations with customers.
- To work on expansion of domain and analyse market trends to forecast market.
- To evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
- To present sales, revenue and expense reports monthly and annually.
- To communicate marketing strategies with finance and production department.
- To generate sales and leads from different sources like digital marketing, direct approach, or other sources.
- To provide data to HOD.

**Customer Delight**
- To give regular visits to customers, potential and regular.
- To build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relations.
- To handle customer complaints properly.

**Engagement, Rewards**
- To maintain healthy, motivating & synergetic environment in the organization.
- To participate in employee engagement activities like conducting themes, spot recognition, grievance handling and rewards based on monthly performance.
