Job Title: 3D Modeler

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models of characters, game props, environments, and hard surface objects according to project requirements and artistic direction.
- Ensure that all models meet technical specifications, performance constraints, and quality standards for real-time rendering in game engines.
- Optimize models for efficiency, including polygon count, texture resolution, and overall performance, while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a 3D Modeler, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in hard surface modeling, character design, game props, and environment creation.
- Expertise in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of topology, anatomy, form, and composition, with the ability to create both stylized and realistic assets.
- Experience with texturing and UV mapping, including knowledge of PBR workflows and shader setups.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and take direction from art leads and directors.
- Knowledge of game development pipelines, optimization techniques, and real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
