**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the insurance sector.
- Lead and manage teams responsible for underwriting, claims management, product development, sales, and customer service.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and compliant.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, clients, and industry partners.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis for the insurance division.
- Ensure the company adheres to all applicable insurance laws and regulations.
- Monitor the performance of the insurance portfolio, adjusting pricing and risk management strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive new business, enhance customer retention, and improve brand positioning.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the insurance team to achieve performance targets and foster professional development.
- Participate in senior leadership meetings to contribute to the company’s broader business strategy.
- Address and resolve complex client issues and disputes effectively and professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,147.37 - ₹25,784.06 per month

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
