**Job Title: QA - Automation and Manual Testing**

**Location: Navi Mumbai, looking for WFO**

**Experience: 2-3 years**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts for automated testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify and report bugs, issues, and other defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in testing.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.).
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
