**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management to aid in decision-making.
- Having experience of working in MS-Excel, can crunch large numbers and understand various financial statements
- The person will be responsible for preparing various financial reports using Excel

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in MIS and financial reporting, preferably in the cold chain or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
