- **Workday Compensation Techno Functional consultant with 5 Years of experience Configure setup manage and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Compensation Bases Grades Grade Profiles Calculated Plans Stock Plans Bonus Plans One Time Payment Plans Calculated Allowance Plans Period Salary Plans Packages Compensation Matrix Bonus Plans and Time Proration Rules Compensation Scorecard Configurable Grid Merit Plan Merit Processing and Compensation Matrix configuration setup Shared Participation etc**:

- **Good understanding of Workday Security Loading Employees Workers Organizations Compensation related data using EIBs And giving extracts of Employees Workers Organizations Compensation related data using EIBs Designing of Workday Inbound and Outbound integrations using EIB and Core Connector with data transformation and encryption**:

- **Ability to make educated design and configuration decisions based in existing Workday architecture deployed in the Tenant with mínimal to no negative impacts to integrations and other modules Effective communication with customer s business users HR function heads leads and business stake holders**:

- **Must have certifications from Workday Inc and extensive work experience in minimum two or more of the following functional modules Workday Compensation Advanced Compensation Workday Security Workday Core HCM Workday LinkedIn Workday Performance Workday Recruitment Workday Talent Workday Time Tracking Workday Compensation Workday Absence Should have Workday Integration Core**:

- **Should have strong troubleshooting skills Should have good knowledge of weblogic performance tuning Good written and verbal communication skills Willing to work in AM project and shifts**
