**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through calling, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
- Provide detailed information about our services, answer client queries, and address any concerns.
- Schedule appointments for our design team with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
