Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D sculpts using ZBrush for characters, god idols, and ornamental models.
- Ensure anatomical accuracy, elegant proportions, and stylistic consistency across sculptures.
- Design models optimized for 3D printing - understanding scale, support structures, and material limitations.
- Collaborate with design leads to capture artistic direction and client requirements.
- Retopologize and prepare sculpted models for production and printing.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to internal naming/structure conventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in ZBrush and strong digital sculpting skills.
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, body proportions, and form dynamics.
- Prior experience creating god idols, religious figures, or similarly intricate sculptures.
- Knowledge of 3D printing workflows including slicing, supports, and print-friendly model preparation.
- Familiarity with software like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant sculpting work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with Indian cultural sculptures or mythological characters.
- Background in traditional sculpture or fine arts is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or engineering constraints in additive manufacturing
