**Job Purpose**:
The person shall support the business needs of the Organization by ensuring qualified and experienced seafarers are recruited and retained in the company. The position reports to Manning Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build a network of experienced seafarers by utilizing various channels of sourcing.
- Manage the New Applicant process through Company website and PAL system, including documentation of personnel to be assigned to the vessel.
- Conduct and organize screening interviews and record comments.
- Undertake appropriate checks as per company policy.
- Planning of ex-hands based on their availability and company needs.
- Generate employment contracts, extension contracts.
- Update relief reports.
- Participate in Emergency Response Team as required.
- Any other duties that may deem fit.
- Should have experience of sourcing top 4 Officers, preferably with experience on cruise vessels and bulk carriers.
- Liaise with agencies for sourcing of ratings and officers of other nationalities.
- Assisting in visa arrangements for foreign nationalities.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Experience Requirements: 3** years

**Preferred** **Experience Requirements**:Experience in Manning, Recruitment, Planning.

**Minimum Education Requirements**:Graduate in any stream

**Required skills**:

- Microsoft Office
- Proficient in spoken and written English language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
