An Advanced Excel Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities to enhance participants' proficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities typically include:

- **Curriculum Development**: Creating detailed training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- **Training Delivery**: Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, covering advanced Excel topics such as complex formulas, macros, data analysis techniques, and automation.
- **Participant Assessment**: Evaluating participants' progress through assessments and providing constructive feedback to ensure comprehension and skill acquisition.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**: Offering personalized guidance to help participants overcome challenges and improve their Excel skills.
- **Stay Updated**: Keeping abreast of the latest Excel features and industry trends to incorporate relevant updates into the training program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems).
- Proven experience in software training or development, with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex Excel concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse participants.
- Up-to-date knowledge of advanced Excel functionalities, including VBA scripting and data analysis tools.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
