We are looking for a Freelance Advanced Excel Trainer to conduct offline training sessions for a small group of learners. The training is scheduled once a week for 4 weeks and will focus on advanced-level Excel functions and tools relevant to data analysis, reporting, and automation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct a 1-hour offline session every Thursday for 4 consecutive weeks.
- Deliver hands-on, practical training on advanced Excel topics.
- Design a structured training module covering key concepts such as:

- Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Pivot Tables and Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation and Protection
- Advanced Formulas and Functions.
- Macros and Basic VBA
- Dashboard Creation
- Provide assignments or exercises for practice between sessions.
- Clarify learner doubts and offer personalized support during the session.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in training or professional use of Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex Excel topics for learners.
- Laptop and training materials must be brought by the trainer.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in MS Excel.
- Prior experience conducting offline workshops or corporate training sessions.
