A Site Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's expected quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inspecting construction sites regularly
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Enforcing site rules and handling.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
