Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Vadodara. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations on construction and interior design sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising laborers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing materials and resources, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for client communication and addressing any on-site issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in managing construction or interior design projects
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and client management skills
  • Technical proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and construction drawings
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience in residential and commercial real estate is a plus
