**We are Hiring for our client luxury Apparel clothing and ethnic wear Showroom.**
**Position:
- **Inside/Showroom Sales Executive/Customer Support Executive
**Location:
- ** Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mayohall.
**Functional Responsibility**
**❖ Upkeep of the Showroom**
- Ensure the admin support team have cleaned up the showroom.
- Ensure the products are systematically organized as per the norms.
- Ensure the folding of sarees and other products are done appropriately
- Ensure the resources like customer seating arrangement, electricity, refreshments, etc are in order before 10.30 am everyday
**❖ Customer management**
- Greet every customer walking into the showroom in a professional manner.
- Understand the requirement of the customer and display relevant products
- Communicate accurate features and specifications of the product while communicating with the customer
- Ensure no false information is given to the customer
- Ensure utmost care of the product while display
- Ensure standard norms of display are adhered while showing each product
- Ensure sarees are folded back and kept in the respective rack
- Ensure no damage of the product during the process of display to racking back
❖ **Sales Process**
- Ensure the sold product is packed in an appropriate manner as per the standard norms
- Generate invoice in the system and collect payment from the customer
- Ensure invoice copy is sent to the customer
- In case a customer is requiring fall, process the same
- Coordinate and ensure the final product is available for the customer on a committed date.
- Collect customer details and maintain systematic database of the customers
- Maintain cash/digital payment received from the customer and maintain the same
- Provide clarifications about collections to accounts team as and when required through written communication only.
**❖ Stock Maintenance**
- Check stock on a daily basis and ensure system and physical stock tally.
- Add new stock in system and in shelf.
- Adhere end-to-end process of stock addition
**❖ MIS**:
- Prepare weekly MIS on retail sales
- Generate Monthly MIS on total retail sale
**❖ Desired Profile**:
- Relevant Jewels Sales or Apparel clothing experience is added advantage
- 02 - 03 Years experience in any kind of showroom sales or Customer Support
- Good Communication with Native Speakers of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & Good English
- Work Location **Mahatma Gandhi Road (**MG Road) **Bangalore**(Bengaluru), Karnataka.
- Must be having experience in Jewels, Apparel clothing and ethnic wear Showroom Sales.
- Must be having experience in project

- Bachelor's (preferred)
