**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, modify, and maintain **PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.)**.
- Perform **HMI/SCADA programming** and integration with PLCs.
- Conduct **troubleshooting, debugging, and commissioning** of automation systems on shopfloor.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers for machine integration.
- Prepare and maintain **wiring diagrams, documentation, and manuals**.
- Perform testing of control panels, field wiring, and safety interlocks.
- Provide technical support for **installation, maintenance, and service** of PLC-based systems.
- Implement process improvements to enhance **machine efficiency and reduce downtime**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **PLC programming languages** (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text).
- Hands-on experience with **HMI/SCADA software**.
- Understanding of **electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)**.
- Basic knowledge of **pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems** in automation.
- Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics & P&IDs**.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **PLC programming and industrial automation**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
