**Vacancy: PLC Programmer.**

**Location: Global role. Availability to travel internationally is required (mainly US & Europe).**

We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding **Senior PLC Programmer** to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our organization's mission by installing and programming automated and robotized lines, mainly welding or assembly lines for car manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs according to project requirements.
- Load programs in the PLC onsite.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of PLC systems.
- Conduct testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with Robot Programmers, Engineers, and Technicians to develop solutions for automation projects.
- Elaborate documentation and training manuals.
- Provide technical support to resolve issues with PLC programs and systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Lead a team of Programmers.

**What will you need as a successful **Senior PLC Programmer**?**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic and structured text.
- Experience with programming software, such as Rockwell Automation RS Logix & RS Studio, Siemens TIA PORTAL.
- Familiarity with industrial automation standards and protocols, such EtherNet/IP.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Methodical, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Intermediate or conversational English level.
