**Executive - Pharmacist**:
The mission of the position of Pharmacist in Operations is to serve patients through retail Pharmacy services at Dr. B. Lal Pharmacy. The position is required to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical:

- Processing and dispensing prescriptions, verifying instructions from consultant about medications.
- Counseling patients about adverse reactions, potential interactions with other medications/food, dose and dosage administration of prescribed medicines in response to customer queries.

Customer Service:

- Engaging patients and clients with respect to customer service-related activities.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers for long-term association.

Health Stores Operations
- Manage and report stock availability, pending items, non-moving items, expiry and other store-related inventories to Operations Head.
- Ensure financial responsibilities of stores which includes discounts, dues, billings, etc.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the work of other Pharmacy staff and contribute to team efforts. Coordinate with HR & Operations Heads and manage a team(s) related to leaves, shift timings, etc.

Business Development:

- Ensure target of Pharmacy stores - business and customer wise achievement
- Effective promotion of Pharmacy Cards and related schemes/packages to customers
- Manage business expansion and branding-related activities of stores.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Regular monitoring, auditing, and reporting on store operations as per recommended parameters.
