**The Project**

The aim of the project is to enhance use of modern reversible contraceptives in the project states by sensitizing/ training pharmacists and drug stores personnel using a combination of physical and online / virtual trainings and empowering them to offer choice of contraceptives with focus on condoms, oral contraceptive pills, injectables and emergency contraceptives to their customers both through social marketing of contraceptives as well as commercial marketing. And also refer women to Parivar Seva’s Stree Clinics for follow up as well as quality clinical birth prevention services such as IUDs, sterilization and abortions. Training of Pharmacists would be backed by promotional campaign covering IPC, mass media and digital marketing.

**Job Summary**:

- Implementation of IEC & Behavioral Change Communication Campaign, which includes IPC through meetings, Mass Media Campaign
- Liaising with local leaders and conduct IPC especially through special groups
- Supporting and conducting the trainings for the pharmacists
- Will be working from district head quarter
- Would be required to travel for trainings & conducting promotional activities in different districts
- Sending daily & monthly reports on promotional activities
- Liaising with local vendors for IEC & promotional material printing
- Co-ordination with PSS Stree Clinics and HQ of PSS to effectively learn the IEC components**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or BBA

**Work Experience**
- 5 years of experience in carrying out communication programs at community levels, mass media promotional work or FMCG sales

**Must**
- Have bike with valid licensee

**Desirable**
- Counselling experience - past experience in sexual & reproductive health
- Experience in an advertising agency
- Confident and having good communication skill in local language, Hindi & English

**This project is initially for 2 years but is expected to be extended by another 2 years. Good performers have every likelihood of being absorbed in the company.**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
