**Job Description: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Instructor - Laboratory Setting**

**Position Overview**: The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Instructor in a laboratory setting is responsible for providing high-quality education and hands-on training to EMT students. The instructor will utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises in a controlled lab environment, ensuring that students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in emergency medical situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver instructional content related to EMT theory, practices, and procedures, focusing on emergency medical response, patient care, and the use of medical equipment in a laboratory environment.
- Assess student performance through evaluations, practical tests, and quizzes, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in good working order.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in emergency medical care, ensuring course material remains relevant and compliant with industry standards.
- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions, collaborate, and engage in critical thinking.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop both technical competencies and professional behaviors required for a successful career in emergency medical services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with current certification and licensure.
- Previous teaching or instructional experience in EMT or related medical fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- In-depth knowledge of emergency medical protocols, patient care techniques, and medical equipment.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Proficiency in lab management, including setting up and maintaining medical equipment used in training.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,739.34 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
