**Job **Description**:

- Repair and Maintenance:

- Repair or replace faulty components of EV chargers, including circuit boards, connectors, and wiring.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure that charging stations are functioning optimally.
- Upgrade existing EV charging equipment as needed to enhance performance and compliance with
regulations.
- Installation Support:

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new EV chargers, ensuring proper setup and
functionality.
- Provide guidance on optimal placement and installation practices to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Prepare reports on work completed, including findings and follow-up recommendations.
- Customer Service:

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance needed for their
charging equipment.
- Continuing Education:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle charging technology and repair
techniques.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and certification programs as necessary.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and installation teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical support and parts as needed.
