IT Technician

Hardware and Software Maintenance: The IT technician must maintain and troubleshoot the hardware and software, including computers, servers, printers, and other devices.
- Network Maintenance: The IT technician must maintain and troubleshoot the network, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Data Backup and Recovery: The IT technician must develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to protect the data from loss or damage.
- Security Management: The IT technician must manage the cybersecurity measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
- User Support: The IT technician must provide technical support to employees who are experiencing hardware or software issues.
- IT Procurement: The IT technician may be responsible for procuring hardware and software and managing vendor relationships.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- BTech (IT/CS) / BE (IT/CS) / BSc (IT/CS).
- Min 3 Years Experience in IT.
- Sound IT Knowledge.
- Ability to come up with new ideas.
- Detailed knowledge of Hardware, Software and Networking.
