**Job Title**: Server Administrator (Field-Based)

**Location**: Mumbai

**Experience**: 2 to 4 years

**Responsibilities**:
Install and configure Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.

Manage Active Directory and Domain Controller, including versions 2008R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.

Handle Domain Controller, Additional Domain Controller, and Read-Only Domain Controller management.

Manage DNS (Domain Name System) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) services.

Oversee SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network-Attached Storage) management.

Administer RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) configurations, including RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, and RAID 50.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of backend servers and systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues with computer systems and servers to minimize work disruptions.

Ensure the security and integrity of server systems by implementing appropriate access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in server administration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Server Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.

Proficiency in managing Active Directory and Domain Controller, including versions 2008R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.

Experience in DNS and DHCP management.

Familiarity with SAN and NAS management.

Knowledge of RAID configurations, including RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, and RAID 50.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in field assignments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of security practices and measures for server systems.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) would be a plus.
