As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations and personnel to ensure the safety and security of an organization's premises, assets, staff, and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Supervise and manage security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
2. Monitor and enforce security protocols, procedures, and access control measures to maintain a safe environment.
3. Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively, coordinating with relevant authorities when necessary.
4. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
5. Provide ongoing training to security personnel on new procedures, emergency protocols, and updated security technologies.
6. Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and documentation related to security activities.
7. Oversee the use and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security-related roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws/regulations. (Optional)
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technologies.
