Solarwinds Admin

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools to effectively monitor the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Customize SolarWinds dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet specific monitoring requirements.
- Implement and manage SolarWinds monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Analyze SolarWinds data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance.
- Respond to alerts promptly, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain incident response procedures for SolarWinds-related incidents.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SolarWinds configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on SolarWinds tools.

**Requirenments**:

- Proven experience as a SolarWinds Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tools (NPM/NCM/NTA modules) and features.
- Able to able work independently and deliver service improvements in the tool.
- Have good experience in supporting the operations and working with Vendors.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
