Job Title: F&B Training Officer
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Food & Beverage
Reporting to: Training Manager / F\&B Head
Traveling : Pan India as per requirement
Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules for F&B staff across service, beverage preparation, and culinary basics.
- Conduct regular training sessions on bar operations, mocktails, shakes, and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and on-ground observation.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and chefs to identify skill gaps and customize training plans.
- Ensure all staff follow SOPs and maintain brand standards.
- Train new joiners during induction on company F&B expectations.
- Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.
- Organize live demos, tastings, and skill competitions to boost engagement and learning.
**Requirements**:
Graduate in *Hotel Management(mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in F&B operations and/or training roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of bar techniques, beverage preparation, and culinary basics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for training and staff development.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in beverage mixology or culinary arts (added advantage).
- Experience in casual or fine dining restaurant formats.
- Ability to work across locations and flexible schedules.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 26/05/2025
