- Guest service
- F&B captains are responsible for providing customer-focused service, including greeting guests, attending to their queries, and waving them farewell.
- Menu knowledge
- F&B captains should be familiar with the restaurant's menu and be able to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance manual.
- Team management
- F&B captains are responsible for supervising the service team, including ensuring that staff are properly groomed and that they carry out their duties. They also train staff and encourage problem-solving.
- Restaurant operations
- F&B captains are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is set up for service and that service runs smoothly. They may also be responsible for cost control, inventory, and menu planning.
- Restaurant maintenance
- F&B captains are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including performing general housekeeping tasks and ensuring that fixtures and equipment are in good working condition.
- Guest satisfaction
- F&B captains are responsible for promoting guest satisfaction and building guest loyalty. They may also gather feedback from guests to help ensure that their needs are being met.

F&B captains may work long hours, have irregular shifts, and work on weekends or holidays. They may also need to have physical stamina, as the job can involve physically demanding tasks such as lifting furniture.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
