This is preeti from bigs Company, i am hiring for the profile of "Tele caller" for one of the leading MNC Company in health care services, Ahmedabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
- Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
- Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.
- Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.
- Taking follow-ups from management for the complaints and feedback closure. Competencies and Skills Required Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company.

5. Ability to handle work well and maintain quality

Qualifications/Other Requirements 1. Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate

2. 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
