**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of Project materials.

Regularly update and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure accuracy.

**Procurement and Purchase Coordination**: Collaborate with the procurement team to identify, source, and purchase necessary supplies. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods, adhering to the company purchasing policies and guidelines, as and when required. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**: Keep detailed and accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Utilize computerized systems to track stock levels and generate reports as required. Prepare and maintain documentation related to stock transactions, invoices, and purchase orders.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of received goods and ensure they meet the required standards.

Implement quality control processes to identify and address any issues with stock items promptly.

**Collaboration with Departments**:Work closely with various departments to understand their supply needs.

Coordinate the distribution of supplies to different departments and ensure timely delivery.

**Emergency Preparedness**:Develop and implement emergency procedures for rapid response to shortages or urgent supply needs.

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure readiness for unexpected situations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
5+ years of experience in managing store, must have experience in Automation Industry

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a Automation Industry

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with relevant software and computerized inventory systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
