**Location**: Kolkata (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in the travel or tourism industry preferred

**What You'll Do**:

- Design customized holiday packages (domestic and international) based on client preferences and budgets.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, suggest destinations, and provide expert guidance.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers to arrange trip logistics.
- Stay updated on visa rules, travel advisories, and tourism trends.
- Provide excellent post-booking service and resolve client queries professionally.
- Create attractive package presentations and promotional content.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A travel enthusiast with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of top domestic and international destinations.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of booking platforms is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
