Oversee the day to day production, quality and delivery of preparatory, dyeing, weaving and inspection departments. Coordinate with design department, sampling and production department. Monitor and control costs against budget and take initiatives for cost reduction. Ensure a congenial working atmosphere with the unionized work force while enforcing discipline and a high level of productivity.
