We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Market Intelligence AVP-AMG Product CoE**

**Department Overview**:
HSBC Global Asset Management (“AMG”) Product Group is responsible for the strategic and commercial development of AMG Product manufacturing capabilities including Development, Management, Governance, Support and Mandate delivery across all Global Markets (Global Lux/Dublin/Guernsey), UK, Hong Kong, France, Germany, US, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan). The product team in Bangalore has been established to organize and manage activities that are currently done by teams onshore with a view to standardizing and systemizing outputs across jurisdictions via the offshore team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of Asset Management domain is essential, along with an in-depth understanding of the key industry trends, comparison parameters etc.
- Proficiency in using the following market information databases: Morningstar Direct, Broadridge (LipperFMI), eVestment, Mercer MPA and Bloomberg.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and an ability to follow a disciplined research process is critical for the role
- Good knowledge of relevant financial markets, coupled with good analytical & MI skills
- Good quantitative skills including strong working of Excel and VBA (preferred).
- Proactive, positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Team player, strong organizational and time management skills, and client focused
- Be confident and conversant with onshore teams to understand the precise requirements during the offshoring process.
