Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers as they shop within our store.
2. Provide information about our products, including their features, benefits, and overall value.
3. Use product knowledge to showcase the products that will meet customers' needs.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
6. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and calmly to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote long-term business growth.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably within the interior products industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
5. Strong customer service skills.
6. Well-groomed and presentable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
