
Reservation Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Interaction**: Assist with special requests, room preferences, and any guest needs related to their reservation.
- **Upsell Services**: Promote hotel services, upgrades, and packages to enhance guest experience.
- **Reservation Management**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and confirmations.
- **Coordinate with Departments**: Ensure smooth communication with front desk, sales, and housekeeping for room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- **Billing & Payment**: Process payments, prepare accurate billing details, and resolve discrepancies.
- **Handle Guest Queries**: Address inquiries and resolve any booking issues promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in hotel reservations or front office, preferably in a 5-star environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Proficient in reservation software (e.g., Innkey PMS, Opera, IDS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Guest-focused, calm, and professional under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
