**DRO MILLING OPERATORS -Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding**

**WORKING LOCATION -KAMAKSHIPALYA/PEENYA**

**EXPERIENCE-2 TO 3 YEARS**
- **Machine Operation**: Proficiency in operating milling machines with DRO systems, which involves setting up the machine, selecting appropriate cutting tools, loading materials, and executing milling operations according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- **DRO System Proficiency**: Ability to use the Digital Read Out system effectively to monitor and control the machine movements and positioning. This includes inputting coordinates, setting zeroes, and accurately measuring dimensions during machining processes.
- **Understanding of Feeds and Speeds**: Knowledge of cutting speeds, feed rates, and depth of cuts to achieve optimal machining results while considering material properties and tooling capabilities.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Competence in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand machining requirements, dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- **Tooling Knowledge**: Familiarity with various types of cutting tools (end mills, face mills, drills, etc.), tool holders, and tooling setups. This includes selecting appropriate tools based on material type, job requirements, and machine capabilities.
- **Quality Control**: Ability to perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.) to verify dimensions and maintain adherence to quality standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Capability to identify and troubleshoot common machining issues such as tool wear, chatter, dimensional inaccuracies, and machine malfunctions. This may involve adjusting parameters, changing tools, or modifying cutting strategies.
- **Safety Awareness**: Strict adherence to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. This includes knowledge of machine guarding, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling of materials.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and meticulousness in setup and operation to achieve accurate dimensions, surface finishes, and geometrical tolerances as specified in engineering drawings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and engineers to coordinate job tasks, discuss technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow within the machining department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
