**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Inspection & Testing**
- Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections of home têxtile and décor products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Implement and oversee AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) and other sampling methodologies for product evaluation.
- Monitor fabric quality, stitching, color fastness, print durability, and finishing to maintain brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party labs for testing on color fastness, shrinkage, tensile strength, flammability, and azo-free dyes.

**2. Supplier & Factory Audits**
- Conduct supplier audits to assess production capabilities, ethical sourcing, and adherence to compliance regulations.
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure they follow company-approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for raw material selection, stitching accuracy, and finishing quality.

**3. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure all products comply with international and local regulatory requirements **(e.g., ISO, OEKO-TEX, REACH, CPSIA).**:

- Maintain quality reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and CAPAs **(Corrective and Preventive Actions).**:

- Keep track of industry regulatory updates and implement necessary product adaptations.

**4. Defect Analysis & Continuous Improvement**
- Investigate customer complaints and product returns to identify root causes of defects and quality issues.
- Work closely with Product Development, Sourcing, and Operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Define and refine QA processes to reduce defects, rejections, and customer dissatisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Quality Management, or a related field.

**Experience**: 3-7 years of experience in home têxtile quality assurance, manufacturing, or vendor management.

**Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of têxtile properties, weaving techniques, dyeing processes, and finishing treatments.
- Familiarity with quality standards like AQL, ASTM, ISO 9001, and compliance norms **(OEKO-TEX, REACH, CPSIA).**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and report generation for quality monitoring.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
