We Requires 2 **QC Inspector** For a **Manufacturer **Company at **Bhiwandi**

**Title/Designation : QC Inspector at Bhiwandi-Aamne Village**

**Exp : 2 - 4 years**

Salary : 20K-25K (Depends on Exp & Knowledge)

**Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.SC, B.E**

**Location : Bhiwandi-Aamne Village**

**Preferred Industry: Mattress / Furniture / Consumer Goods**

Job description of QC Inspector for Outsourced material inspection:
1- Good technical knowledge.

2- Good communication skills.

3- Resolve quality-related issues promptly.

4- Read specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

5- Activity/Instruments/Communication/SOP/Solutions.

6- Proficiency in MS Office/SAP/Presentation Skilled.

7- Knowledge of customer support is preferable.

8- Customer complaint handling knowledge with all investigation analysis, report And CAPA preparation

10 - Ability to work independently to carry out all assignments of QA/QC Activity.

11 -Instruments handling knowledge with calibration.

12-Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

13-Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

14-Read specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

15-Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

16-Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

17-Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

18-Supervise the production process.

19-Resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | Office Time - 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
