**Key Responsibilities**:
**Mind Reading & Analysis**: Understand the psychological dynamics of customers, marketing and sales teams, and vendors to anticipate needs, concerns, and motivations.
**Marketing and Sales**: Using techniques like NLP, design engaging content for sales and marketing as well as end users.

**Strategic interventions**: Create strategies to promote sales and ensure brand recall.

**Negotiation**: Utilize psychological insights to negotiate deals with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

**Conflict Resolution** : Address and resolve internal and external issues, mediating between parties and finding solutions that align with company goals.
**Support & Guidance**: Provide psychological support to team members, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their performance.
**Strategy Development**: Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance team cohesion and optimize vendor relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of human behavior and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Experience or interest in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus.
