**Job Title**:IT HR Recruiter**

**Location**: Kolkata

**Experience**: 1-2 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Postings**: Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- **Screening and Interviews**: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on market trends and salary expectations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- **On boarding**: Assist with the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on IT roles.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
