**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, feedback, and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.
- Provide regular reports on call activity and results.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
