**Key Responsibilities:1. Production Operations**
- Operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of dyes such as VAT, Reactive, and Disperse dyes.
- Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Measure and mix raw materials in specified proportions as per batch instructions.
- Handle reactors, mixers, grinders, filtration units, and other plant machinery.

**2. Quality Control**
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality meets defined standards.
- Perform simple tests like pH during the process.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address deviations and maintain product specifications.

**3. Safety and Compliance**
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
- Comply with environmental regulations related to effluents, emissions, and waste disposal.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate logs of production parameters, raw material consumption, and finished product data.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials and finished goods.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow across shifts.

Provide support during changeovers, clean-up activities, and during downtime events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
