**Job Overview**:
We seek a Plant Manager to oversee operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role requires a background in mechanical or chemical engineering and strong leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily plant operations, implement production schedules, and monitor performance metrics.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high product quality standards; address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor plant staff; foster a collaborative work environment.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process optimizations; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the plant’s operating budget; control production costs and report to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in a chemical plant or industrial gas production.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
