Bala Mandir School in T.Nagar, Chennai is looking for a Tution teacher to provide effective, dynamic and inspirational education so that every child is able to fulfill their true potential.

**Job Title**: Teacher (Part-Time)

**Timings**: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Location**: Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust

**Salary**: ₹6,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic support, homework assistance, and concept clarification.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide tailored attention.
- Engage students in interactive and educational activities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Track students’ progress and report regularly to the coordinator.
- Encourage discipline, values, and life skills among students.

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferably with teaching experience).
- Passion for working with children from underprivileged backgrounds.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a responsible attitude.

**Preferred**:
Prior experience in teaching or working with NGOs / social sector organisations is an added advantage.
