**Job Title: Payroll Executive**

Department: Human Resources

Function: HR Operations

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 2-3 years

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing with at least 95% accuracy, ensuring timely salary disbursement
- Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F) within defined turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour laws across multiple locations (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Drive HR process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements
- Support broader HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Graduate from any stream
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations

- Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software
- In-depth understanding of labour laws, statutory deductions, and compliance processes
- Familiar with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory contributions

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
