Job Description

Responsible for the equipment's operation and maintenance (Fault, configuration, alarm, performance, and security). Managing Technical Support Center (helpdesk) and operations of escalation desk/tickets for all NOC and SOC issues. Maintains quality standards to achieve optimal levels of operation and KPI targets. Provides last mile support for service assurance of all business segments across TCL. Corrects network and SOC problems effectively and in a timely manner. Having good knowledge in Transmission Technology in SDH, DWDM,Ethernet. At least sufficient knowledge in on O&M like (ALU ECI, Tejas).

Technical:
Working knowledge of SDH and SONET equipment commonly used in the transmission network like ECI, Tejas, Alcatel, etc.
- Ethernet/ VPN network service knowledge.
- Working knowledge on NMS (ECI, TEJAS,ALCATEL).

Functional:
Resolution of customer complaints within SLA.Quality Troubleshooting.Solve problems that require substantial analysis and investigation related to customer network.Ensure customer coordination in timely and regular manner.Maintain resolution efficiency / MTTR.Tracking & resolution of TT (repetitive issues).Maintaining RFO quality.
- Vendor co-ordination.
