**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of the company.
- Prepare and manage the company's financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Create and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial management software such as Tally and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
